Firetower is a small, veteran-owned community on the east side of Conroe built for people who want to put down roots, not just park for the night. Bring your RV, place your tiny home, or move right into one of ours. Every month-to-month home here comes with water, trash and courtesy Wi-Fi already handled.

We keep it small on purpose: just 15 RV sites and 16 tiny homes, so you'll know your neighbors and the place stays calm.

    Coffee on the step, birdsong in the trees, and a loop around the open green space with the dog before the day gets going.

    Everything close at hand

    Laundry, showers, storage and package delivery right on site, with courtesy Wi-Fi so remote work and streaming just work.

  3. 7:30 PM

    Golden hour

    Fire up the grill at your site, say hey to the neighbors, and watch the sky go orange through the trees.

  4. 10:00 PM

    Real quiet

    Quiet hours start at 10 PM on weeknights and 11 PM on weekends. Out here you can actually hear the crickets.

    10 PM–8 AM weekdays, 11 PM–8 AM weekends.

  • Pet friendly

    Up to 3 dogs or cats per site. Leashed, non-aggressive, and picked up after.

  • Occupancy

    Up to 4 people per RV site.

  • RV & vehicle approval

    RVs and vehicles over 10 years old need management approval based on condition.

  • 5 mph, always

    Pedestrians and bikes have the right of way throughout the park.

  • No campfires or fireworks

    Grills are welcome at your own site.

What's included in the monthly rent?

Water, trash service and courtesy Wi-Fi are included with every RV site, tiny home lot and tiny home rental. Electric is metered and billed separately based on your usage.

What deposits and fees should I expect?

There's a $50 application fee. The security deposit is $150 for RV sites and tiny home lots, and $1,000 for tiny home rentals. Your first month (prorated if needed) is due at move-in.

How big can my RV be?

Our 15 RV sites are back-in sites that fit rigs up to 40 feet. Every site has 30 and 50 amp hookups.

Is there an age limit on RVs?

RVs and vehicles are approved based on length, age, appearance and condition. Units over 10 years old need an exemption from management, which is based on overall appearance. Send us photos and we'll take a look.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. Up to three dogs or cats per site are welcome. Pets must be leashed, non-aggressive, and never left outside unattended. Please pick up after them. There's plenty of open green space for walks.

Do I need to sign an agreement?

Yes. Stays of a month or longer require a signed agreement. When it's time to move on, we ask for a 30-day notice by email.

Can I get mail and packages here?

Yes. Just include your lot number on your change of address and on every delivery.

Are campfires allowed?

For everyone's safety, campfires and fireworks aren't allowed. Grills are welcome at your own site.

What's coming in the Phase 2 expansion?

Phase 2 begins in Summer 2027. It adds 20 tiny homes, 10 tiny home lots, a fishing pond and walking trails. Call the office if you'd like to hear about Phase 2 homes and lots as they become available.
